Features

1. Sculpfun official camera: The installation method and camera range of the camera are perfectly suitable for SCULPFUN laser engraving machines, including S6, S9, S10, S30/S30 Ultra series. The installation is very tight and the camera is clear.

2. Accurate positioning of material position: perfectly adapted to the CAM function of Lightburn software, the position of the engraving is identified through the camera, and the positioning error is less than 1mm; Tips: The height of the camera from the engraving position is recommended: 325mm. After the camera is aligned, the engraving object should be as close to the center of the camera as possible. In the 400*400mm area, the accuracy will attenuate as it moves away from the center point.

3. Engraving position control: Through the Sculpfun CAM500 camera, the pattern can be moved to a certain position of the engraved object in the screen in lightburn, and the laser will engrave the pattern at this position after the setting is completed.

4. Image tracking: Sculpfun CAM500 camera can be used with lightburn to identify and extract the pattern on the surface of the object with one click (such as T-shirt pattern, children's hand-painted pattern, etc.), and form an engraving file. This is very handy for getting vector files quickly.

5. Batch engraving: Through the laser Lightburn camera, multiple engraving objects can be added to complete different independent tasks at one time. The laser will automatically find the preset engraving positions one by one and start working, improving work efficiency.
